This recipe can be beneficial for hormone balance and inflammation.

Beef Bone Broth: Rich in collagen and amino acids, bone broth supports gut health, which is crucial for hormone regulation.

Maple Syrup: A natural sweetener that can provide energy without causing severe blood sugar spikes, which is essential for those with insulin resistance.

Cocoa Powder: Rich in antioxidants and magnesium, cocoa can help improve mood and may aid in reducing inflammation.

Ceylon Cinnamon: Known for its insulin-sensitizing properties, cinnamon can help regulate blood sugar levels.

Ginger: This spice has anti-inflammatory properties and may help improve digestion and reduce insulin resistance.

Turmeric (Curcumin): With potent anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric can help reduce inflammation and improve overall hormonal balance.

Nutmeg: used to support digestion and may have mood-enhancing effects, which can contribute to overall well-being.

ARMRA Colostrum: Colostrum is rich in immunoglobulins and growth factors, which can support gut health and immune function.

Overall, the combination of these ingredients can support metabolic health, reduce inflammation, improve gut function, and promote hormone balance.
