Refund Policy 

There are NO REFUNDS for digital products, including but not limited to digital guides, courses, etc.

Package refunds are ONLY available within 3 days of package purchase. If you need to request a refund please email haley@thewholesomewoman.com.

Payments

If doing a payment plan the first payment MUST be made before labs can be ordered and/or appointments can be made. 

Payment plans MUST be in good standing to continue visits and be paid IN FULL before the package is completed. 

If choosing to use a HSA/FSA card for supplement payment it is the client's responsibility to check with their insurance that these services are covered. I do not accept HSA/FSA card payments for services rendered.

Appointment Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

To respect time, any cancellations or reschedules should be done at least 48 hours in advance. 

For a reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment a fee of $50 will be charged. 

For a “no show” or missed appointment a fee of $100 will be charged. There will be a 15 minute grace period, to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.‍ 

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment you can do so on your Biocanic Patient Portal.

Visit Use Guidelines

All visits must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. If unused, those visits will expire. There are NO REFUNDS available for expired visits.

*For the Wholesome Intensive package you have 16 months to use your visits.

Disclaimer: For desired results, visits should be used in the recommended package timeline. Not following that timeline will affect your desired results.

Virtual Visits

Please remember to treat these sessions as you are visiting your practitioner in person. Refrain from eating, checking your phone, wandering around etc. Please be seated with your phone silenced. 

Aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

Please have your video on so I may see your beautiful face! 

Have the Zoom app downloaded ahead of time. If you are unfamiliar with zoom please adjust your arrival time accordingly to avoid tardiness due to technical issues.
